Brett Cummins, a meteorologist at Little Rock, Arkansas television station KARK, awoke Labor Day beside a naked corpse with a “dog collar” around his neck in a hot tub according to a police report.

The body was identified as 24-year-old Dexter Paul Williams, who police say had been partying with Cummins and a friend the night before, drinking and snorting drugs.
