Chicago grandmother has been accused of beating, burning and biting her two grandchildren, aged five and six, and forcing them to eat cat food - four years after the kids were removed from the care of their abusive mother. 

Goldine Williams, 47, was arrested in Thursday and ordered held in lieu of $200,000 bond on charges of aggravated battery to a child.

According to a police report, Williams hit the six-year-old boy with a plastic sword from his Halloween costume, lashed him with an extension cord and burned him with a hair iron all over his body.
