Were Michelle Obama's scathing eye rolls during the inaugural luncheon Monday the result of a joke by House Speaker John Boehner over her husband's cigarette habit?

That's whatexpert lip reader Larry Wenig believes after watching a video recording of the exchange between Mrs Obama and Boehner, according to CBS' Inside Edition. 

'According to our lip reader, Boehner asked Obama if he had had a chance to have a cigarette before the luncheon,' Inside Edition reports.

Wenig quoted Boehner, an avid smoker, as saying, 'Somebody won’t let you do it,' getting in a dig at the First Lady's power over her husband. 

It was at that point that Michelle rolls her eyes.
