The accused New York 'cannibal cop' offered up his own wife for a co-conspirator in India to slaughter and eat like a 'tasty goat,' prosecutors have revealed. 

Gilberto Valle, an NYPD officer, talked explicitly with an online friend about killing his wife and cooking her for 'meat,' according to court documents filed Monday. 

Vallie, 28, is accused of plotting to kidnap, rape, murder, cook and eat women roaming the streets of New York City. He also is accused of selecting targets who he stalked outside their homes and workplaces.
